Leoš Janáček Airport Ostrava, designated by IATA code OSR and ICAO code LKMT, is an international airport located near the village of Mošnov in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It serves the city of Ostrava, the country's third-largest city, and the surrounding industrial and cultural region of Silesia. The airport is named after the renowned Czech composer Leoš Janáček, who was born in the Moravian-Silesian region. It handles a mix of scheduled, charter, and cargo flights, with significant leisure traffic to Mediterranean and other European destinations.
