Albert J Ellis Airport (OAJ) is a public airport located near Jacksonville, North Carolina, serving the greater Onslow County area. It is named after Albert J. Ellis, a prominent North Carolina businessman and civic leader who championed the airport's development in the mid-20th century. The airport primarily serves military personnel and their families from nearby Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River, two of the largest Marine installations in the United States.
