Laguindingan International Airport (IATA: CGY, ICAO: RPMY) is the primary commercial airport serving Cagayan de Oro and the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines. It is located in the municipality of Laguindingan in Misamis Oriental province, approximately 46 kilometers west of Cagayan de Oro city proper.
The airport replaced the former Lumbia Airport, which had operational limitations due to its location within the city. Laguindingan was developed to accommodate larger aircraft and increased passenger traffic, featuring a modern terminal and improved facilities.
The airport is managed by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and serves as a significant hub for domestic travel in Mindanao, with connections to Manila, Cebu, and other major Philippine cities, as well as select international routes.
