Valuair was a Singapore-based low-cost airline founded in 2004, making it one of the earliest budget carriers to emerge from Singapore. The airline focused on leisure travel within Asia, connecting Singapore to destinations in Southeast Asia and beyond at competitive fares. In 2005, Valuair merged with Jetstar Asia Airways, a subsidiary of Qantas, to form a combined operation under the Jetstar Asia brand. Following the merger, Valuair ceased independent operations, and its routes and assets were absorbed into Jetstar Asia, which continued to serve the region. Although Valuair's independent existence was short-lived, it played a notable role in the early development of the low-cost aviation sector in Singapore and Southeast Asia, paving the way for increased budget travel options in the region.

Valuair was a Singapore-based low-cost carrier. It was launched on 5 May 2004, initially offering services to Bangkok and Hong Kong, before expanding to Indonesia, Mainland China and other cities in Thailand. It differentiated itself from other low-cost carriers by offering frills such as a baggage allowance of 20 kg, in-flight food, and a large seat pitch. Acquired on 24 July 2005 by Jetstar Asia, an Australian airline, the Valuair brand was retained for Jetstar Asia's scheduled services to major cities in Indonesia until 26 October 2014.
