Fazenda Arara Azul Airport is a small private airstrip located in the municipality of Barão de Melgaço, in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. It serves the Fazenda Arara Azul farm property, situated within or near the Pantanal, one of the world's largest tropical wetlands. The airstrip is registered under the ICAO code SJHZ and is typical of the many private farm aerodromes found throughout Brazil's interior, providing essential air access to remote rural properties where road infrastructure is limited or seasonal. It does not operate scheduled commercial flights.
