Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport, commonly known as Isla Grande Airport, is a small general aviation and commuter airport located on a peninsula in San Juan Harbor, just west of Old San Juan. It serves primarily charter flights, small regional carriers, and general aviation traffic, and has historically been associated with seaplane operations connecting Puerto Rico to neighboring islands. The airport is named after Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci, a Puerto Rican pilot who died in the 1986 Challenger Space Shuttle disaster. It is operated by the Puerto Rico Ports Authority and sits in close proximity to the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, which handles the bulk of commercial traffic for the San Juan metropolitan area. Due to its central urban location and limited runway length, the facility is restricted to smaller aircraft. It has at times hosted short-hop interisland services and remains an important hub for charter and private aviation in the San Juan area.

Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport, commonly known as Isla Grande Airport is a small airport in Puerto Rico serving the capital municipality of San Juan and its metropolitan area since 1929. Named after U.S. Air Force Major Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci, the 102 acres (41 ha) airport is located on San Juan Bay in the Isla Grande district of Santurce barrio in San Juan, about 2 to 6 miles from the Old San Juan historic quarter, Condado and Isla Verde resort areas, Hato Rey business center, and SJU main airport. It is situated in-between the San Juan Cruise Port, and the Puerto Rico Convention Center and the Distrito T-Mobile entertainment center.
