Randolph Air Force Base, designated with IATA code RND and ICAO code KRND, is a United States Air Force installation located in Universal City, Texas, near San Antonio. It has historically served as one of the most important military aviation training facilities in the United States, earning the nickname 'The West Point of the Air.'
