Location
Riverton, United States
Central Wyoming Regional Airport (RIW/KRIW) is a public airport located in Riverton, Wyoming, serving the Wind River Basin region of central Wyoming. It provides essential air service to a sparsely populated but economically significant area that includes agricultural, energy, and tourism industries. The airport operates at an elevation of approximately 5,525 feet above sea level, which affects aircraft performance and is typical of Wyoming's high-altitude terrain.
