Quantico Marine Corps Airfield, officially known as Turner Field (IATA: NYG, ICAO: KNYG), is a military airfield located within Marine Corps Base Quantico in Prince William County, Virginia, approximately 35 miles south of Washington, D.C. It primarily supports the operational and training missions of the United States Marine Corps. The airfield is not open to civilian commercial traffic and serves as a base for Marine Corps aviation units, government aircraft, and related military operations. It also supports the FBI Academy and other federal agencies co-located on the base. Due to its restricted military status, Turner Field does not operate scheduled passenger airline services. Access to the airfield is controlled and limited to authorized military and government personnel.
