Techo International Airport, designated with IATA code KTI and ICAO code VDTI, is a new international airport under development near Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It is located in the Boeng Khyang area and is intended to replace Phnom Penh International Airport (Pochentong) as the capital's primary aviation hub. The airport is being developed as a major infrastructure project under a concession arrangement, with the goal of significantly expanding Cambodia's air travel capacity. It is designed to handle tens of millions of passengers annually upon full completion, far exceeding the capacity of the existing Pochentong airport. As of the mid-2020s, the airport was in various stages of construction and planning, with an anticipated opening timeline that has been subject to revisions. When operational, it is expected to become one of the largest airports in Southeast Asia.
