Wilmington Airpark (IATA: ILN, ICAO: KILN) is a public airport located in Wilmington, Ohio, United States, situated in Clinton County approximately 45 miles east of Cincinnati and 65 miles southwest of Columbus. The airport sits at an elevation of about 1,077 feet above mean sea level and covers a substantial land area, featuring multiple runways capable of handling large cargo aircraft. The airport gained significant prominence as a major hub for ABX Air and DHL Express, which established a large air cargo operation there in the 2000s. The facility suffered a major economic blow in 2008 when DHL announced it would cease domestic delivery operations in the United States, leading to thousands of job losses in the Wilmington area and a dramatic reduction in cargo activity. In subsequent years, efforts were made to redevelop and diversify the airpark's operations. The facility has attracted various aviation businesses and cargo operators on a smaller scale, and the surrounding area has worked to rebuild its aviation economy following the DHL withdrawal.
