Hamilton Island Airport (IATA: HTI, ICAO: YBHM) is a regional airport located on Hamilton Island in the Whitsunday Islands of Queensland, Australia. It is the only commercial airport in the Whitsundays region, serving as the primary air access point for visitors to the area's resorts and the Great Barrier Reef. The airport is owned and operated by Hamilton Island Enterprises, the private company that also owns much of the island. Its single runway handles jet aircraft, making Hamilton Island one of the few privately owned islands in Australia accessible by commercial jet service. The airport handles a significant volume of leisure traffic, particularly during peak holiday seasons, and serves as a hub for tourism to the broader Whitsunday Islands, including Hayman Island and Whitehaven Beach.
