Jēkabpils Air Base (ICAO: EVKA) is a military airfield located near the city of Jēkabpils in central Latvia. It has historically served the Latvian National Armed Forces and has roots dating back to the Soviet era, when it was used by Soviet military aviation. Following Latvian independence in 1991, the base transitioned to national military control. It is not open to commercial passenger traffic and has no scheduled civilian airline services. The airfield has been used periodically for military training and national defense purposes within the context of Latvia's NATO membership.
