Remote gateway serving Venezuela's Bolivar region.

Location
El Dorado, Venezuela
El Dorado Airport (IATA: EOR, ICAO: SVED) is a small regional airport located near El Dorado in Bolívar State, Venezuela. It serves as a local aviation hub for a sparsely populated and geographically remote area of southeastern Venezuela, near the Cuyuní River. The airport primarily handles light aircraft and regional turboprop operations, supporting communities in the Gran Sabana region that have limited road access. Given its remote location, air transport is an essential link for residents, mining operations, and occasional ecotourism activity. Operations at the airport are modest, with limited infrastructure reflecting the small population it serves. Venezuela's broader aviation challenges, including economic difficulties and reduced airline operations in recent years, have further constrained activity at this facility.
Getting to & from
Ground access to the airport is via local roads connecting to the town of El Dorado and the surrounding Bolívar State highway network.
Airlines here
