Ardmore Airport is a general aviation aerodrome located in Manurewa, in the southern Auckland region of New Zealand. Operating under the ICAO code NZAR and IATA code AMZ, it serves as the country's busiest general aviation airport and hosts a wide range of flying schools, private operators, warbird collections, and light aircraft maintenance facilities. The airport is home to the Warbirds Over Wanaka collection's northern base and the Classic Flyers New Zealand museum, as well as numerous flight training organisations that take advantage of the uncongested airspace away from Auckland International Airport. It does not operate scheduled commercial passenger services, functioning instead as a key hub for recreational, training, and utility aviation in the upper North Island.
