Alderney's vital link to the Channel Islands and mainland.

Opened
1935
Location
Saint Anne, Guernsey
Alderney Airport is the sole airport serving the island of Alderney, the third-largest of the Channel Islands. Located near the island's main settlement of Saint Anne, it provides essential air connectivity for residents and visitors to this small British Crown Dependency. The airport operates a grass runway alongside a hard-surface runway, reflecting the island's modest traffic volumes and general aviation character. It is owned and operated by the States of Alderney and serves as a critical lifeline for the island community, given the limited ferry services available. Scheduled services connect Alderney primarily to Guernsey and Southampton, making it an important node in the regional air network of the Channel Islands. The airport handles a mix of scheduled passenger flights and private general aviation traffic.
