The Gulfstream G280 is a super-midsize business jet developed by Gulfstream Aerospace, a subsidiary of General Dynamics. It was originally developed in partnership with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) as the Galaxy/IAI Galaxy before Gulfstream acquired full program rights and rebranded the aircraft. It entered service in 2012 and targets the super-midsize segment of the business aviation market.
