The Gulfstream G650 is an ultra-long-range, large-cabin business jet developed by Gulfstream Aerospace, a subsidiary of General Dynamics. Launched in 2008 and certified in 2012, it quickly became one of the most sought-after and prestigious business jets in the world, setting numerous speed and range records upon its introduction. The G650 features a wide, spacious cabin measuring 6.5 feet high and 8.5 feet wide, accommodating up to 19 passengers in various configurations. It is powered by two Rolls-Royce BR725 turbofan engines and is capable of cruising at speeds up to Mach 0.925, among the fastest for civil aircraft of its class. The aircraft introduced advanced technologies including fly-by-wire flight controls, a Symmetry flight deck, and enhanced vision systems. The G650ER variant, introduced in 2014, extended the range further to approximately 13,890 km, enabling near-nonstop flights between distant city pairs such as New York and Hong Kong.
