The Bombardier Challenger 300 is a super-midsize business jet developed by Bombardier Aerospace under the BD-100 designation. It was designed to bridge the gap between midsize and large-cabin jets, offering a wide, flat-floor cabin capable of seating up to ten passengers in typical configurations. The aircraft entered service in 2003 and quickly became popular in the corporate and charter markets for its combination of range, comfort, and operating economics. It is powered by two Honeywell HTF7000 turbofan engines mounted at the rear of the fuselage. An improved variant, the Challenger 350, was introduced in 2014, featuring winglets, upgraded engines, and an enhanced cabin.
